We deliver within the United States.

How often do you deliver?

We can deliver as frequently as you would like. You decide how much and when you need your meals, and we will be pleased to oblige any request.

Can you deliver to a P.O. box?

We're sorry, shipping is not available to P.O. boxes.

Do I have to be home in order to receive my meals?

You do not have to be home for the delivery. The order will arrive in a Styrofoam cooler with dry ice that will be fine until you arrive home later that day. If there are any issues or concerns when you get your order let us know and we will replace or credit anything that there are problems with.

How long does delivery take?

Once your order is placed either via phone or on the Internet, your meals will be delivered within three (3) business days.

How do I pay for my Meals?

You pay securely right on our cart on our MagicKitchen.com parent site. Be assured that your information is safe. We have partnered with Authorize.Net, a leading payment gateway since 1996, to offer safe and secure credit card and electronic check transactions for our customers. If you are uncomfortable with that, call us at 877-516-2442, and you can provide us with the credit card information.
